Hey guys. Been gone. Wife was in a accident. Some dumb ass was texting on the phone and hit her in the as while she was at a stop light. The guy never hit his brakes. Then wife when in to have a LIVER biospy and had complication after that. It has not been a good last two weeks. Thing have finally settled down and we are tryin to put our lives back together. Hope everyone is in great health and eating good.lol

hate to hear that mike hope y'all get back to good health and feelin better the our 2 local weather channels are calling for differnt amouts of snow guess we will get anywhere 1-4 right now the bulk of the dtorm as of now suppose to stay in the mountians

Sorry about your wife, Mike; hope she's going to be alright.

U guys all hang together when it comes to your bows and guns. But I feel the same about my saddles. Still have my first and only pony saddle that was kind of a piece of junk when I got it 50+ yrs ago. And still have my first horse saddle that I bought the yr I graduated from high school in 74. I had a couple of others in a consignment shop for awhile, but it went out of business. Guess I don't like the fact, that if u advertise something for sale...u have to deal with people wanting to come see it. When I was a teenager, I had a saddle for sale; about a wk after a couple people came to look at it, it was stolen.

built a fire and worked out in the shop today,cleaned out one my deep freezers, made a little room..fixed the leather belt for my coonhunting light...snowed pretty much all day on the light side .I got around a inch so far.....

our snow suppose ta hit around 2am in the moronin they say temps will have alot on the amount of snow we get it starts out with temps in the 40s & rain turning to snow they calling for total of 1-3 through tommoro my snow buddys station that's out in lala land tellin him 15-18 inches lol help him finish up the skid steer this afternoon

34 here with a 29 defree windchill and no snow saying we might get less than a inch today they sure mis this 1 im glad see the north east is getting hammered haven't heard from him this moronin rex he's probly still cryin lol how did everybody else fair with the snow id say ridge got quite a bit from looking at the map

Glad things are better for u this wk, Mike. Hope it stays that way for you and ur wife.

Rex, we cleaned our freezer out a few wks ago. Don't know how it happened, but we found some old venison roasts so I cooked them up for the dogs. Just mixed in a cup or 2 with their dry dogfood everyday. Now Dandy won't eat his dogfood unless there's some venison or hamburger mixed in. Lucky for him, my mom gave us a bunch of old hamburger when she cleaned out her freezer. I cook more for the dogs than I do for us.

yep, cleaning out the freezer I found a few interesting things..4 beaver tails in a bag..taxidermy guy makes wallets and check book covers out of those...20 lb. of last years fruit..my buddy makes homemade wine, he came right over and got the fruit.. two deer hides .don't really know how long they had been in there...just never know what you'll find

Still no Lucy. Pic & Grace had a coon up a old rusted up tank in the old junk ditch this morning. It was easy to hear Pic, she is a monster already 26 inches tall, loud, fast & smart.

Grace & Rose had a little fun in the half frozen creek.

put a full rack of pork ribs on ..the daughter and grandson are coming over for supper tonight..kinda cold but iam firing up the smoker..
