Our son bought us an electric smoker for Christmas 3 yrs ago. We did 🐥s, ribs, turkey and deer roasts in it. Liked chicken the best, but we haven't used it for over a yr. I asked Corey the last time he was home if he wanted it. Never got an answer. I thought it would be so nice when he got his own house that he'd take "HIS STUFF" but most of it is still here.

Sorry to read u didn't get Lucy back, Hayseed. The picture is nice. We never see coon during the day unless we're letting one out of a boxtrap. All the driving and walking we did trapping, we saw a few coon tracks at the creek where we caught 5 beavers, but I'm not walking into that jungle swamp at night! We hunt in a couple of fields above it, hope if that coon comes up, it trees along the field and doesn't run home.

well they reduced that rack of ribs to a big pile of bones,,the old hound sure aint going to get fat off those bones..

Smoked ribs sound so good!

I never seen one during the day either but those blueticks are good at finding & jumping them then off to the races.

Only found 1 shed so far, anyone else have any luck?

HB, sorry for the loss of your friend. Hope u get feeling better. A friend on FB said he's been sick all wk and several of his friends and neighbors have the same bug.

Hayseed, we don't look for sheds, but Chuck did find one this yr. I think it has 4 pts. I don't know why he even picked it up. Its in the Jeep yet and until I put it behind the seat, it was in the way of the gear shift and emergency brake. If I put my purse there, he whines about it being in his way until I move it. But he was fine with the antler being there.

Rex, u must be a good cook, ribs are one of my favorites.

10-4 on the cold & raw mornin',HB is this the snow buddy w/the corn or another? Got all my errands out of the way yesterday so tried ta find me a rubber roller for my boat trailer,no luck so now I'm gonna make my own.Even went to Cookies & he never had one & then found out I have to buy my huntin' & fishin' license else where cause he don't do that anymore.....what's the world comin' too.

no rain here just another raw day..they made those computers more complicated for the vendors so I can see why Cookie decided not to mess with it..he said too he only made 50 cents on the sale ..been getting mine from jon boy stweart in and out in 5 min.s .last one Cookie sold me took 45 min.s ...he would punch in a number ,then tell me a 10 min. story on fishing ,punch in a number, another fish story..yikes ,I thought I would never get out of there....

Yep his son Dave said it cost Cookie $250.00 a year to have it in the shop,couldn't make that,may go to Stew.Caught a head cold,dang nose runs like a stream,never got much done today but blow my nose & drag a**,went & took my mower to Goob & after that stayed in the house where it's warm.
