it's up to 29 here last i checked been runin the wife stop got some penicillin from southern states the other i got when ya drawed it out seem like it would separate have a bunch of air in it couldn't get it out i throwed it away gotta go feed may take my rifle go in the holler see can i drop a doe

My friend and her DIL picked me up this AM and we went to NY to the casino. They both lost and I only got ahead $3....better than loosing.
Trapping season (bobcat and fisher) starts tomorrow. Chuck has been out everyday looking for places to set traps. He saw quite a few fisher tracks today and a few bobcat. He thinks there are going to be more trappers then animals to trap.
Rex, your grandsons are cute. My son used to pull stuff on Chuck's parents all the time. I guess they enjoyed it, they wanted him every wkend. One time he took his yr younger cousin out to the cornfield and ran away. He thought leaving the city slicker out there was hilarious, but her mom sure didn't.

we lost a 100 bucks last nite told the wife no more gambling till we go to the meadows never seen a deer the wife said she sen 3 bucks about a mile from the house said i was huntin the wrong spot

lol i don't tell nothin that would let her think she done got ahead of me it's 45 here with a light wind went over help my buddy grind some feed for his cows he lost a heifer & calf last nite to yotes they ate most of the calf chewed the cow up so bad she dyed to tryin to get a buddy that has yote dogs to go to his place try and kill a few

Had the same thing happened here a few yrs back dang yotes ate 1/2 the cow up also,nice day got sun & 44 had a sprinkle this mornin. Went to the coon club last night no huntin just a lot of face barkin.

They were travelin HB faster than the speed of sound,got a cloudy,breezy,46 at the moment,the varmints were on the move earlier,seen half a dozen squirrel,1 young doe & a red fox all in a time spand of 5 mins.
Cold and damp here. We set more traps today; have 2 doz out now.
Saw a friend today, he caught a fisher yesterday. Hopefully, we'll get one this yr. We're seeing bobcat and fisher trax close to where are traps are.

was 46 here this moronin at 7 am had 4 does does in the yard none even got nervors and run they knew season was out for a few days got to 52 here today nice day with a light wind at times

yep i gotta look we have 3 or 4 more days im thinkin it's last 4 days of the month just came up from dad's he fell face down he's busted up pretty good but wouldn't go to the hospital to get checked out sure is tuff for 92 yrs old the wife drivein me grazy with all this christms stuff drug out & wrapin it all

well I sure hope your dads ok ,HB,yea this xmas stuff starts around here as soon as thanksgiving is over..carry in dozens of box's and a tree..then carry the empty box's back out..then after the 5th of jan.carry the empty box's back in and refill them .then carry them back out again..its just me and her..xmas was more fun when I was 10 years old..

It was kind of nice here today. I should have went riding. But after we got traps checked, we set 3 more and I was ready to stay in for awhile. Took the dogs out tonight and got 3 coons.
We have our Christmas tree up...Chuck told me to go buy the saddle I want and I told him to get the gun he wanted. Neither one of us know what we want so there's not going to be much under the tree. Christmas was fun when our son was 10.

Best wishes for yer pappy HB,got a little chill on at the moment only 31,out of the holler in it ,it was still 34. Reckon we got a big cool down comin by the weekend.
