I had a little luck last Saturday I won a Weatherby .243 riffle. I had the option to trade calibers. I traded it for a .270...

Tonights hunt

I thought I was having a good night... Blu was sounding good til I looked up the tree... This is the second time he has treed one the first one he was only 5 months old... He struck this one off the Rig box but I wasn't aware the it was a bear... He has struck at least 2 others of off the rig that I know for sure... I don't like it but how do you break him? Maybe now I can list pups on the Big Game site!!!

But it didn't look so good to me... But they are tree hounds like my Grandpa always said if it can climb I want my hounds to tree it!!!. I hope this isn't an ever lasting trend...

By the way Gypsy x Bam pups coming soon .. Gypsy is huge and milking... pups due Aug 8-11th... These should make excellent big game hounds. ..

thats a short run lucky for you around here i think they would get me in trouble with the roads we're getting more and more bear around here sooner or later a young dog is going to take one i just hope it trees quick course Rusty took mama and a litter three times further than your bear the other night actualy not bad for a late night feeder track ... Tonight's memory eraser...

The neighbor up the road called and said they had a coon on the back porch asked me to come up and chase it with my hounds so I grabbed Blu and Pearl and a easy huntin' we go... Maybe this will help him forget about the bears... Yeah right!!!
