Eddie the number one thing I have noticed about Echo dogs is no one wants to breed to them while their living and everybody wants pups out of them after they are dead.
Some of the same people that has inquired about semen from the dogs that has died will quite likely wait until Bocephous and Zeb along with some of the other dogs mentioned here have died to realize that there was an opportunity to improve what they hunt.

I bet you would like to be able to breed to Jug.

Rodney Hare has a really nice female out of a male dog named "Rage" he was directly off Pop a Top and was in Arkansas. anyone know anything about him?

that is exactly right! i told a fellow today that once you get a good track driving, heads up, coon winding hound that is accurate you won't want to have anything else. i love our Crocket dog and believe he has better things to offer than Jug, but your right, i would give up lots to be able to have him back to breed to. Crocket is a full brother to Jug. i've hunted with lots of tree dogs all around in the hunts, but have yet to see a line of dogs that have as much drive and desire as a whole.

pups

the pups i have kept back are really doing good i turned them out this afternoon and i heard them open on the creek behind the house wasnt long they came bayed up i figured they must have holed up a diller so i went to give them a little tuning and to my surprise they had a coon caught i got a little video on my phone i will try to get on here they wooled him around alittle until are english mastiff got there then the coon did not last long

Yea voyd they are plenty loud I was talkin to Troy the other day on the phone and I told him if all the dogs in my kennel sounded like that pup I would be happy , my wife said I would be divorced though if they was lol,lol!!!

Wasp..

Another hound that is sure worth mentioning is GRNTCH D & B'S OWL CREEK WASP...

Wasps sire was a NTCH dog whose mother is out of the cross that Tommy Nixon's Geronimo & White River Sugar came from.. She in turn was bred to a Owl Creek bred male. Wasp dam is a full sister to Troy's old Pete dog. I've never hunted with the ole boy, but I have hunted with some nice hounds sired by him. He is owned by a couple fine gentlemen Dustyn Bloxham & Brandon Short, or at least by Dustyn anyway..

Boy he sounds alot like my male,NITECH GRCH ROCKIN W'S BLUE BUDDY! Took him tonight just before the rain quit and treed one right off the tailgate and made two dens after that in bout an hour. I am really liking what im seeing from these Echo bred hounds, especially out of Popper. Took my DUIxHoudini female too, and she hunted hard tonight. First time she hasnt been at my feet all the time. got really excited when Buddy treed and was at all the trees smelling up n down them. Dont think itl be long before she takes off i hope.

There's a lion and bear hunter near Socorro New Mexico that is useing them on dry ground, he is a Outfitter that has to produce game for his clients.

EchoII could tree bobcats as easy as some dogs can tree coon and could have been used as a cat dog if he hadn't had his attention focused on coon. I used some on bear with satifactory results, these were just young dogs but they would run to catch and would stay hooked until the end even on a bay up.

Jody those Bo puppies are sure looking good. Are you still on vacation (from hunting) lol? Good looking dogs Jeff Ole Ike still looks good. You need to plan a weekend trip and come up here and hunt with us I want to see Slam in action. And Voyd I think Joe should be mentioned he sure as hell done his fair share of winning. And I raised a litter of pups out of him that are making coon dogs.
