Took Sharptooth out last night for some exercise..... not the best night but he cut a hole in the dark when I cut him and stayed gone..... hope he puts it together soon!

Betty won a CHKC hunt last night scoring 175+ on the only coon we seen. She is pretty nice dog and we will be pushing her hard in PKC CHKC and UKC.

Thanks Doug, Levi also won His late round Cast at CHKC Doubleheader friday with Jack scoring 175+ again on the only coon scored that round.

I won early round with Betty scoring 150+ on the coon seen in that round haha.

Deer season is over and time to start hitting the woods again and get these dogs hunted up. I hate the cold and snow anymore but this time of year is when you truly find out what ya have on the end of your lead here in central PA.

Same thoughts here the black powder deer season ends in NY in a few days then time to hunt coon and bunnies. I hunt the coonhounds right thru deer season weather depending now that we have Garmin. In the old days I was afraid to hunt the deer season with the chance of loosing a dog and having it shot. Hope all is well in Pa.!

Doug the only reason i dont run my hounds in our 2 week rifle deer season is because my youngest sons wear me out deer hunting haha.

Congrats to Allan Raspe and Timberjack Big Red on there CHKC Cast win this past Friday. Dogs are getting tuned up and ready for the CHKC English Top 16 hunt and then the CHKC World Hunt. cant wait till March

Betty sure has been logging some miles in preparation of the CHKC English Top 16 Hunt. last night she covered almost 6 miles before treeing on a den in some very miserable hard rain and heavy heavy winds.

Dogs have been looking pretty good even though the weather hasn't been the greatest. This is the last week of coon season so will be putting some fur in there mouth this week.

Me and Levi hunted Betty and Jack in the CHKC English Top 16 hunt this past weekend, We came up short but Jacob Won his early round at the CHKC Youth Top 16 Hunt in Paducah KY with Betty. He got beat in the championship round but had a great time.
