We had to let Chuck's dad's barn cat out of a trap. His dad has a bunch of cats, said we should have shot it. Chuck told him it has a sore paw so maybe it will slow it down enough he can shoot it
That was the only thing we caught.

our local weather man said rain tommoro evenin into friday after midnite changes to snow may get 1 inch here the mountians getting 2-4 but the temps are going to get in the 40s said no white christmas for our area don't make me mad

your dad was right i have had only 1 hound that i could turn loose and knew would tree a coon ive had a lot of hounds in my life time that could tree a coon but not even close to being the hound that kate was 50 here with that dang rain comein down

Cloudy, but probably 50° here. Chuck rode horse with me.
We had a fantastic dog in the late 70s, early 80s. She was half Redbone/Walker, but looked like a Redbone.

48 here pokein the rain down suppose to rain all day tommoro had a gyp off of ole timberchopper she was a top coon dog she could tree a coon alot of dogs couldn't smell lay up dog delux proved it to a guy that had what he thought was best around here

I never owned a Redbone but hunted with one that was a dang good bitch,she wasn't nothin fancy but got the job done,I'd never say I'd never own one as a matter of fact I was lookin for a Redbone when I stumbled on the little Walker dog. The youngest son was wantin a Redbone after he watched Where the red fern grows. Good movie & little Ann reminded me of Doug Robison's Molly Redbone.

yep that red fern movie was a great movie ive had a red dog when i watch that movie i called sandy i am partial to red dogs they are the breed i had best luck with wasn't near as trashy as the other breeds in my book i did own 1 good blue gyp back in the 70s & walker gyp in the 80s but always had a red dog around this is the longest ive ever went witout a hound around but that's probly gonna change before next seson if im still here & able to go

he only drove dump bucket i never run outa hrs i always had couple extra log books with me under my bunk but i did get shut down for 8 hrs 1 time by getting the wrong 1 out was only 3 hrs from the house
