My little Wendy's treed another one way through the ridges last night. I was wore out and drenched with sweat by the time I got back to my Jeep but it was worth it. They sure did sound good. These big steep ridges are awfully hard on an old man. I weighed when I got up this morning and I lost 3 lbs last night.

Look at those young men. Bond, you have to go back and get some old pictures? It is a shame that we can't take some current ones. Let's all go hunting next weekend. Storm should be out of heat and ready to show her stuff. And I have never gotten to hunt with Bo. Boomer may even be ready to make an appearance.

Blake and Winnie won 6th place registered at the UKC Ga State hunt last night. I am proud of them. I guess that he will have to clear out some more space on his wall and his dad will have to buy another frame. Blake is learning as he goes and turning into a nice handler. He has the perserverance that it takes. A lot of young guys just get mad and quit when they don't win in their first few hunts.

Our luck ran out sat night. She fell treed probably 30yds from the truck on the first cut and I treed her then she moved probably 60yds and tree again this time with the coon. Then she split treed from another dog where I took 225-. We had 40 min left in the hunt with the other 2 dogs both had + so I withdrew and went home. She looked good Thursday and Friday night but not so good sat. night. All in all I was happy with her 2 out of 3 casts aint to bad.

Jason, that was a good picture from last night. The dynamic duo rides again. What a pair of nice young Redbone coonhounds. After 6 nights of laying around I can't stand it any more. I am going hunting tonight even if it kills me.

I had another "secret" duo out last night. Treed on a rock bluff but never got under a coon. Was hoping to get a picture. Rhonda hunted better last night and did not get too deep.
