God Will Always Answer

Here we are another day. It will be a good day to check on someone that you havent seen or heard from for a while. Give them a call.See whats goin on with them.Your call just might make a difference in there lives today. Lets geter on to the message . God Will Always Answer

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” - Jeremiah 33:3

I read about some children in a Sunday School class who wrote letters to a missionary to let him know they were praying for him. The teacher of the class said, “Now, children, the missionary is a very busy person, so don’t expect him to write you back.” One little girl’s letter read, “Dear Brother Brown, We’re praying for you. We don’t expect an answer.”

Sadly, this is how we pray! We don’t really expect an answer. But God has promised He will answer us when we call upon His name. Psalm 91:15 says, “He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honor him.”

What are you praying for today?
Do you believe that God can answer?
Do you believe that He will answer?

No Offence,,No Effect

Good Mornin ! It was a beautiful sunrise here in the Riverbottoms this mornin. As I sat on my deck overlooking the Riverbottoms drinking my mornin coffee.I was in Awsome Wonder. The sounds of the birds and geese started off the mornin.The tree frogs were still singing,The Old rooster started crowing,One thing that I really like to hear is my neighbors mules braying. I have told neighbor {JOHN} that he better never get rid of those old mules . He dont use them any more there more of a yard orniment than any thing ,Every once in a while the neighbor kids will ride them.Ive been known to climb aboard one of them just every once in a while..they seem like they like it when ya rub there ears or climb on there backs,They seem like there doin somethin they like to do. .Well lets get to the message for the day. No Offense, No Effect

A friend approached me the other day and said, “We need a pastor for our church.” The new church that were starting. Hes a friend of mine that lives in a small town about 50 miles from me.It was a old run down church that closed a few years back.Its one of those that you see on Christmas Cards The Little old country church.White in color and a tall steeple With all the work of different people they have that little church lookin like it was just built and it was built back in the 1890's.. I know that GOD is gona do some amazing things with this church!

I said, “I know just the guy. He is a fantastic preacher and has a fiery evangelistic spirit, but he has health problems and he’s kind of old.” I continued, “He’s also been in jail several times.”

My friend began to shake his head, and said, “Well, we don’t know whether he would be the man we want or not.”

I said, “Well, don’t worry; you couldn’t get him. He’s already in heaven, and his name is Paul.”

You don’t want a guy who can rub shoulders with the people of this world and not rub any salt in their wounds. Where there is no offense, there is no effect.

Proving God in Finances

Hello Good Mornin ! Its cooled off some ya need a light jacket or sweater to sit out side this mornin its 48 degrees but very nice . Lets get to the message for the day Proving God in Finances

“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.” - Malachi 3:10

You can say all you want about getting right with God, but if you don’t get right with God in your finances, you are not right with God. The kind of repentance that does not reach the bank account, has never reached the heart.

In Malachi 3:7, God says, “Return unto me, and I will return unto you.” And the people said, “Wherein shall we return?” God’s answer in verse 8 reveals that they were to return in tithes and offerings.

The point of return is the point of departure. If you’re going to come back to God and if you’re going to renew your fellowship, you’re going to have to begin with the tithe.

It’s time to put the good book to the checkbook!

How are you doing in the area of your tithes and offerings to the Lord? God knows how much money we have . He also knows that some times we cant tithe If your here reading this ,God has provided for you. If you have a dollar you could give him a dime .There has been times that I didnt have enough money between paydays to pay the bills and eat.But I gave to my church what very little that I could and ya know what ? Everytime some money would come from some where,From some one that owed me a few bucks ,or some place that I didnt expect it.Those are the ways God always provides. The Heavens, A Testimony of Creator God

Good Mornin its nice to see ya here reading this post on this good ole Friday mornin. Remember those that served this country this weekend. those that died serveing , those that have served and those that are serveing.to keep this ole U.S.A. safe. Now to todays message. The Heavens, a Testimony of Creator God

“For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse.” - Romans 1:20

Can intellectuals believe in God? Absolutely! Many intellectuals believe in God. As a matter of fact, your intellect has very little to do with your belief in God.

Out of all of the secular professional groups, do you know what professional group has the highest number of believers in God? The astronomers do. Over 90% of the world’s great astronomers believe in God. Why? Because they have studied the heavens.

It’s not a sign of intelligence not to believe in God. If you’re intelligent, you have to say, “Somebody created all of this.”

Take a walk with your family under the canopy of the night sky. Praise God for His handiwork in the heavens. Every night that Im out chaseing these ole black and tan hounds I always have plenty of time to look up and listen and see and feel GODS presence all around me. Ya know ? I know some people that are grown ups, adults that are afraid of the dark,I bet you know some to, In that darkness of the night and the blackest nights and times of all,,{GOD IS THERE WITH YOU HOLDING YOUR HAND AND KEEPING YOU SAFE FROM ANYTHING EVIL THAT MIGHT TRY TO HURT YOU.} GOD LOVES YAS,,, WE LOVE YAS,,, HAVE A BLESSED DAY,,, YOUR FRIEND IN CHRIST,,, FROM THE RIVERBOTTOM ,,,RON... 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Character-- Its An Inside Job

Good Mornin ! Its a beautiful day here in the bottoms .The corn is up out of the ground in spots about a foot or better.With a little work from us and the help of Our LORD with a little rain Its growin. Noe were planting beans. here I thought I was retired but gota go help my cousin plant beans ,,,Work is never done. here is the message for the day..... Character—It’s An Inside Job

“The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.” - Proverbs 20:7

This world says if we could just arrange conditions where we never have any sorrow, pain, or hurts, then we could change men. If we can change conditions we can change character. But the Bible teaches just the opposite.

The world puts the emphasis on condition—God puts the emphasis on character. Someone has well said you can’t purify the water by painting the pump. And yet that’s what we try to do. We think that if we can change the exterior or make conditions such that we never have any hurts, then we’re going to be okay. But, Jesus put the emphasis upon character. Upon what you are, not what you have.

Praying From The Heart- Not Auto- Pilot

Good Mornin ! Its a nice day here in the Riverbottoms . It wont be long and were going to be complaining about the heat. O' Well we will take what the LORD gives us.. Lets get to todays message... Praying from the Heart—Not Auto-Pilot
“But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.” - Matthew 6:7

A friend came to me and said, Can I talk to you ? I have a severe problem.” I said, “You know ya can. let’s talk.”

We talked and I listened. My heart was moved with compassion. I said, “Let me pray for you.” And when I finished I said, “Just go home and pray about yer problem. Keep praying everyday ,when ever ya can ,pray. because prayers work and are always answered in GODS time not ours and GOD might not give you the answer and out come that you want. My friend said ," But, I really dont know what to say or how to ask in a prayer.
Do you find yourself using repetitive phrases in your prayer life? Today, just talk with God. Don’t think too much about your words. Follow your heart. GOD knows what your asking.
