Don't know much about redbone bloodlines was a bluetick man for years looking for a change! Wondering what kinda dogs haze throws, im looking for early starting big mouth track driving tree dogs. Gotta alot of coin where im at and tired of dogs talkin to much on the ground thank you guys for your time

I love that big houndy look of Frog. Does the big houndy look come from Haze? I ask that because ive seen Boone and he has a big houndy look to him.

It mostly comes from Haze's sire, Rabble Rouser, although the female plays a part in it. It may even come from Gr Nt Rat who was Rabble's sire. Or it could come from Gr Nt Razor. You are not going to get a "look" from just one dog.

Richard, have you already forgot that April wasn't out of Razor.....she was out of Psycho. Her mother was a sister to Razor.

I guess a better question would be does Haze have alot of the big houndy looking pups? I know different females will change things. But overall is this something you see in his pups alot or is there just a few?

I am very forgetful these days. I have Oldtimers Desease. I hope that I don't get lost on the way to Illinois tomorrow. There is no telling where I might end up.

Troy you will see it in almost all of the T-Top bred hounds. Pastor Mike, what did Rat look like?

Hi Troy, yes, alot of haze pups have that nice houndy look. I just got 3 four month old pups in here today.......half of their ears are in the water when they drink....plenty of skin to grow into. So far, even with females that were outcrosses, a big percentage of the pups will be very nice looking and houndy. Thanks for the compliments.

Richard, I never got to see ole Rat, he passed before I made it up to Tom's but I have seen videos of him and he looked pretty houndy to me. I think Tom loved that look and he tried to make sure he kept that going.

Hi David. Thanks for asking about Haze. Yes, Haze will throw early starting dogs, most of the time they do have great mouths and have a great tree style. They are usually open trailers however, so they will talk on the ground.

There are some very nice studs out your way that I believe are throwing great pups with what you are looking for as well. Don Barnett has Deuce in Ark., Randy Ficken has Rocky in MO, they both have Rabble Rouser as their sires. You can also check with Brian Jennewein in MO who has the Rocker male. Rocker is out of pepper and Kate and is throwing some very nice pups. There are many studs that are probably just one state away as well, many are advertised on this board. Some really nice reds out there.

These guys are alot closer to you and it may save you quite a bit of money if you choose to try Redbones. They will treat you well. Thanks again and I hope you give the reds a try. Contact me if I can be of any further help.

Well

Made two drops tonight with the frog dog and Wicked Wanda never got a bark I guess the ricky's didn't move early. Try again tomorrow night the 2 inchs of snow on the ground must have kept them in the dens.

snow...yep, no need for the coons to move last night with a couple of inches of snow on the ground when it's going to be 55 today and the snow will be gone this evening, they will be out and about tonight for sure. it sounds like frog dawg is taking to you real nice.
