Streched Out In Prayer

Good morning .It is raining lots of rain. The fields are standing in water . The creeks are rizin .. Lets get to todays message ......Stretched Out in Prayer
“… The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” James 5:16
These words, effectual and fervent, literally mean “stretched out.” The idea is of a horse jumping over a barricade, stretched out as he leaps. Or it’s like an athlete who’s running for the gold, and he bursts for the tape and stretches himself out for the goal. James says that’s the way we are to pray. Our prayers are to be on fire! They’re to be stretched out, and I don’t mean stretched out on your bed half asleep. We are to be striving for the goal. We’re to be eager, earnest, fervent, and impassioned in our prayers. God forgive our cold, lukewarm, milk toast, take-it-or-leave-it type of prayers.
When we give without sacrifice, pray without fasting, witness without tears, is it any wonder we sow without results?
How God has convicted my heart as I’ve studied the book of James! I’ve had to bow my head, confess my sin and say, “God, forgive my cold, lukewarm, indifferent prayers. May I learn how to pray effectually, fervently, as James taught us to pray.” What does James mean when he talks about the conditions that we should meet? He’s talking about the intensity of the asking. That’s the kind of prayer that brings results. Pray without ceaseing . God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed day,,, Your friend In Christ,,, from The Riverbottom,,,Ron , Try a little prayin today ,Talk to God ,,, He will listen and be there for ya ...

1 Timothy 2:5-6

For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, THE MAN Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time.

Runnin Late

Well Hello ,, I'm runnin late today my computer was down for a while but we got it fixed. I guess beings I was late that would be a good subject to talk about . Ya know when we PRAY we always hope that what ever we ask ,We hope we get an answer really fast, There are times when we pray that it seems the good LORD is never gona give us an answer. When a woman is going to have a baby , It seems like its never gona get here and when you expect it ,Baby doesn't come, and finally its here . GOD is the same way with everyone .If a person just waits GOD will answer that prayer. He is never late because he answers prayer in his time when hes ready. So the next time that you thinkGOD is late ,,He isn't ! God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ From The Riverbottom,,,Ron ... Prayers for all.

Looking To Things Above

Hello All Spring is comin. I seen about 30 turkeys in a group this morning ,There were 3 toms that were faned out and strutin like crazy,I stoped and watched them for a little while as they danced to impress those hen turkeys . I put my truck window down and man were they ever gobblin. That right there my friend was one of Gods creation that was putting on a show for me . The Good Lord did some good work at everything he did. Lets get to the message for the day Looking To Things Above

If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
Colossians 3:1-2
There is a tendency in the modern church to keep our eyes fixed on things below. We allow God to enter in at the periphery to help us with human relationships, but human relationships remain the focus of our endeavors. We say, “I don’t want to be too heavenly minded to be of earthly good!” but we end up with Christians who are empty, powerless, and superficial in things of the faith.
Paul tells us to keep our minds fixed above, to be heavenly minded so that we might be of earthly good. The only way to be of value as a Christian is to be so fixed on Christ, so filled with Christ, that we overflow Christ into the world.
Make this your aim today. Even as you deal with all of your daily circumstances, your daily joys and daily trials, keep your mind on Christ. Remember the glories of his grace. Bring to mind portions of his Word. Whisper prayers to him throughout the day. Let all of your actions be guided by the mind of Christ and the goal of glorifying God. God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day ,,, Your Friend In Christ ,,,From The Riverbottom,,,Ron ,, Prayers are request's to God for somethin that we need . It might not get answered today or tomorrow but you will get a answer if ya just sit quietly and listen for his voice ...

Keeping Yourself In The Love Of God

Well its Friday ,Did ya have a good week ? Now the weekend has come upon us ,Theres things we like to do and things that we need to get done . So, I guess Il work all day tomorrow ! Lets get to the message Keep yourselves in the love of God . . .
—Jude 21
The Bible is a revelation of the fact that God is love. Many people misunderstand the attribute of God’s nature which is love. “God is love” does not mean that everything is sweet, beautiful, and happy, and that God’s love could not possibly allow punishment for sin.
When we preach justice, it is justice tempered with love. When we preach righteousness, it is righteousness founded on love. When we preach atonement, it is atonement planned by love, provided by love, given by love, finished by love, necessitated because of love. When we preach the resurrection of Christ, we are preaching the miracle of love. When we preach the return of Christ, we are preaching the fulfillment of love.
No matter what sin you have committed, or how terrible, dirty, or shameful it may be, God loves you. This love of God is immeasurable, unmistakable, and unending!

My heartfelt gratitude to You, Father, for Your forgiveness and love. I must be acutely aware that in all my dealing with others the only yardstick I have is Your immeasurable love. God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day ,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom,,,Ron .. Prayers you all are gona getem ...

Isaiah 53:3-4

He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.

What a price, he paid for me.... What a debt Lord, I owe to thee!!

Matthew 20: 17-19

Now Jesus was going up to Jerusalem. On the way, he took the Twelve aside and said to them,

“We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!”

The stone has been rolled away.... HE has risen! Holy is the Lamb!!

Acquiring Great Faith !

Good Mornin ! Well ,We found out Mr Winter was not done with us yet here in the riverbottom. 4 inchs of snow fell last night .It is very pretty, but Id rather see flowers blooming.. We have a good thing going for us though,,Every year I go on vacation to Black and Tan Days the last week of April.Every year they are finding Moral Mushrooms the week before I leave. So in the next couple weeks its gona be warming up cause it has to be warm day and night for these Ole Mushroom Steaks to pop out of the ground. So I'm banking on that again this year,, Lets get to the message for today! Acquiring Great Faith
Hebrews 11:17-19
I’ve had people tell me, “I wish that I had great faith.” While most of us would like God to just drop that kind of confidence into our laps, it’s not the way He operates. Faith increases as a result of our obedience in little things. We all marvel at Abraham’s willingness to offer up Isaac at the Lord’s command. But have you ever stopped to consider all of his smaller steps of submission that prepared the way for this enormous test?
Throughout his lifetime, Abraham obeyed God. At the Lord’s command, he left his country (Gen 12:1-4), was circumcised (17:10, 26), conceived Isaac in his old age (21:1-3), and sent his son Ishmael away (21:9-14). By the time he was asked to offer Isaac as a sacrifice, he already knew that his God would always be faithful to His promises. His previous experiences had taught Him to trust the Lord.
In the same way, each small step of obedience solidifies our confidence in God. Then, when He challenges us with a more difficult assignment, a firm foundation of assurance enables us to trust and obey Him. Great acts of faith flow from our past interactions with the Lord. By neglecting His simple commands, we miss priceless opportunities to witness His faithfulness.

Having trouble trusting God for something big? Maybe it’s because you’ve ignored those “small” and “insignificant” promptings of the Holy Spirit. The Lord considers each of His commands important and promises to reward every act of obedience, regardless of size. Great faith begins with little steps. God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom Ron,,, Prayers are a important part of our lives. Its our communication with GOD.Put yer hands together and give him a shout and tell him that you LOVE HIM .

Hebrews 12:2

Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Where HE remains still yet today until his second coming.... ARE YOU READY? I am....

What Is Over Our Heads but Under His Feet ?

Good Day. Springs not far off ,,But its a little farther than I wish it was , lets get to the message for today What is Over Our Heads but Under His Feet?
“For He hath put all things under His feet. . .” - 1 Corinthians 15:27
Praise God! The Crucifixion story has a happy ending! He is risen! Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God at this very moment, interceding on your behalf (Romans 8:34). And His prayers are always answered.
When the problems of your life are over your head, remember they are under His feet. Where is His head? It is in the heavenlies, interceding for you.
Where are your problems? Under His feet.
Jesus is alive and waiting in the wings to return for you!
Is there someone in your life who is struggling? Write them a note of encouragement and use Romans 8:34 as a closing verse of hope.
Are you struggling today with something heavy? Take out a sheet of paper and write it down. Write it as a letter to the Lord. Tell Him all about it and what you fear. Then read Romans 8:34, and tell Him how you are going to release it into His all-powerful hands. God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day ,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom,,, Ron . Prayers for all.

Does Your Future Look Dark Or Bright ?

Hello All Things are lookin better with the weather around here, I am very glad of that,I like the winter time ,But when its suppose to be over ,I'm ready for spring time ,,The days message is comin. Does Your Future Look Dark or Bright?
“He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that what He had promised, He was able also to perform.” - Romans 4:20-21
Adoniram Judson was a great missionary. He went to Burma and labored long. He prayed, fasted, and witnessed. But rather than seeing souls come to Jesus, Adoniram Judson was arrested. He was tortured and cast into a vile, filthy, vermin-infested prison.
Later when he was home on furlough, he was asked if the prospects were bright for the conversion of the world. His famous reply was, "As bright, Sirs, as the promises of God!"
Every person in this world can say that. If he knows the Lord Jesus Christ, he is an heir of the kingdom of God; and he can say, “My future is as bright as the promises of God.”God is true to everything that he says everday ,all the time and I'm Glad he loves me and I love him ,,, God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom,,, Ron ... Prayers for you all.

2 Corinthians 5:14-15

For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

I thank GOD that JESUS lives in me!

Is it Time For You To Clean House ?

Hey Good Monday Mornin ! We had a good weekend . A warm day, a cold day with snow . Thursday its suppose to be 80 degrees and stay warmer no more cold says the weather guy. But in 2 weeks every year we are pickin Mushrooms around here , That my friend is a very good sighn of Spring ! but for now lets go to my message for the day. Is It Time for You to Clean House?
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” - James 4:7
Suppose you own a piece of property, and right in the middle of it you sell me an acre, and I have access in and out. Let’s suppose all night long I’m playing loud music, I throw trash around, I desecrate your property. After a while you say “I want you out of there. Move out. You’re defiling my land.”
But I say, “I’m not going; you can’t make me go. You sold me this piece of property; I’ve got a legal right to it and I’m not moving.” Dear friend, you would not be able to move me out because you gave me a place there.
Some of you have done almost the same thing with Satan. Certain things in your life have become strongholds and you have given a place to the devil. You cannot dislodge him unless you legally dislodge him.
Even after you repent from sin, the devil is not going to walk out. You’re going to have to run him out. You still have to clean house. You have to say, “Satan, I’ve given you a place, but I take it back in the name and the authority of Jesus. Satan, I don’t shout at you, I don’t plead with you, I don’t argue with you, I don’t beg you. I bring Jesus Christ against you. You have no right, no authority. This body of mine is the temple of the Holy Spirit of God. You are trespassing on my Father’s property, and in the name of Jesus, Whose I am and Whom I serve, be gone!” He’ll flee from you. Is it time for you to clean house ? Lets get started ! Take out the trash ! SATAN will be first ! Then get out the Mister Clean, The Stain Be Gone , The Tidy Bowl,, and The Freebreeze and you will have CLEANED HOUSE !!! God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, from The Riverbottom,,, Ron... Prayers givem a try You will be talkin directly to JESUS CHRIST himself ! His phone never dies like our cell phones do,,, You will never lose connection from him ,, His ears are always listening to what you have to say,, You can get help from him for anything any problem ya might have ,,, GOD likes to hear about your good things too ! Give him a call ! I Love you all in Christian Love .

Hebrews 1:3

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

And there he resides till today.....Praise God!

Brother in CHRIST,

15cents or $150,000 To God It Is The Same

Good Mornin ! The day after tomorrow 80 Degrees here. Spring might just be here ! Its not around the corner anymore . Yee haa ! Mushroom Time ! Heres our message for the day ! 15cents OR $150,000—To God It Is the Same
“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.” - Luke 16:10.
Look carefully at this verse. Jesus is saying that when a person is unfaithful in the small things, he will be unfaithful in greater things as well. He didn’t say “may be” unfaithful or “could be” unfaithful. It says he is. If you would steal so much as a 15-cent pencil and carry it home from the job—if it doesn’t belong to you, you’ve made a place for the devil.
You say, “Wait a minute!” This is what the Bible says. A person who would steal a 15-cent pencil has the potential of stealing a $150,000 payroll. When you are unfaithful in that which is least, the Bible says you are unfaithful. That dawned on me the other day. I used to say, “Well, if I’m capable of stealing a little, then I’m capable of stealing a lot.” That isn’t what God says. God says if you are unfaithful in that which is least, you are unfaithful in that which is much, because with God thievery is thievery. It makes no difference.

Ask yourself this question: “Is there any area of my life that is not impeccably, indisputably, completely honest?” If there’s an area of dishonesty of your life, that will be the devil’s campground. A little theft is just the same as a big one ,, Just as a Liitle tiny sin is just as big as a big one None of us are perfect and GOD can help us with either.. God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom ,,, Ron ... Prayers that's the answer ,,I'm sendin one for you !

The Greatest Act Of Love

Good Mornin .. 80 degrees today,Now that's gona be nice , Those Ole Mushrooms will be twisten and turnin getin ready to pop up out of the ground ... While were waitin lets take a look at the message for the day. The Greatest Act of Love
Romans 5:6-11
What do you think about when you see a depiction of Christ on the cross? Most of us are overwhelmed by the physical and emotional suffering that He endured—the scourging, beating, thorns, nails, mocking, and shame. We are horrified at the cruelty of the Romans and the hard hearts of the Jewish rulers.
But during the crucifixion, far more was happening than the eye could see. God was carrying out His plan to rescue mankind, providing everything we need for salvation:
1. Redemption.Jesus paid the full price of the debt we owed for transgression: death. His payment set us free from bondage to sin.
2. Forgiveness. God could now release us from the punishment we deserved.
3. Propitiation. Christ’s payment satisfied
the Father by fulfilling His demand for justice while letting Him forgive us.
4. Justification. On the basis of Jesus’ sacrifice, the Lord now declares believers not guilty. Although we will still sin in this earthly life, our standing before God is one of righteousness. This is a legal declaration that can never be reversed.
5. Reconciliation. The sin barrier that separated us from the Father was removed by Christ’s death on our behalf. We’re now God’s children—we have open access to Him and fellowship with Him.

The crucifixion was the only way to rescue lost humanity. If there had been any other way, the cross would have been a grotesque display of divine cruelty. But because so much was at stake, it can truly be called the greatest act of love by both the Father and the Son. God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom,,, Ron Prayers ,, They work and your talkin to God as your telling him ,,

Are You Geting What God Can Do ?Are You Asking For It ?

Well Its Friday ! It was 81 Degrees here yesterday. WOW ! Its 5:30 in the morning and 75 dgrees here right now ,Wow again. Those ole Mushrooms are comin through, The time has come .I'm gona have me a big Ole Plate full here very soon .But while were waitin lets get to the message for the day. Are You Getting What God Can Do? Are You Asking For It?
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths.” - Proverbs 3:5-6
A. C. Dickson, a fine expositor of the Word of God, said when we depend upon organization, we get what organization can do. When we depend upon education, we get what education can do. When we depend on money, we get what money can do. When we depend on singing and preaching, we get what singing and preaching can do.
But then he said when we depend upon prayer, we get what God can do. And, oh, what this world needs is what God can do! What our cities need is what God can do! What your home needs is what God can do! What our churches need is what God can do!
Are you depending on what God can do? Are you depending on prayer? God Loves Yas,,, We Love Yas,,, Have a Blessed Day,,, Your Friend In Christ,,, From The Riverbottom,,, Ron ... Lets see what GOD can do ! ! ,We will Pray for you ! Have a nice weekend.

Romans 3:23-24

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

1 Corinthians 15:1, 3-4

Now, brothers and sisters, I want to remind you of the gospel I preached to you, which you received and on which you have taken your stand. For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.

Brother in CHRIST,

Brad E. Isaacs
