Prettyboy is straight out of Old Poacher

Proven Cross . This could be the last time this is made since T.T. is about 10 yr old now .
T.T. is showing good .
Expected to have pups around Dec.18th

Old Poacher : I have hunted with him since he was born until he was gone . I know alot about these hounds , I have hunted with them many for years .
I'm not here to brag at all that's not my intentions at all , I have hunted with this dog since 4 yr old and this dog does not belong to me but here is a quick reference of what I have seen with my on eyes and my opinion of the daddy of this litter.
Myself I love to pleasure hunt way more than competition hunting . But if I get one that I think I can win with I will push it . But on the other hand it has to be a very good at pleasure hunting first . Myself I'd rather win with a dog that actually trees it on coons on it's own without help of others . This is just the way I like to hunt and the way I will continue to. Prettyboy does have all the qualities I love .
Prettyboy is a serious hound that I have hunted with alot , he is a great pleasure hunting dog and a very nice competition hound all rolled up in one . He works very well here in the south and up north . Prettyboy can tree a coon anywhere and everywhere . He hunts alone, or hunts with others , strikes , trails , fast , trees hard , stays , and most important has a coon . This dog can tree a layup also , He is a level headed very smart hound and nice looking brindle to boot . This dog has been hunted in some rough ridges , some bad territory in knobs , flats , water , corn , beans , ect. I have notice that you can turn him in anywhere and not have to worry about him running off game . He doesn't bark wide open every breath on track he barks here and there and drifts on track fast never beats around or pecks on tree , 1 bark locate with roll over into a chop and done . He is a type of hound you can haul anywhere no matter how long and take him that night and tree coons . And I do know that any dog can be beat on any giving night , he seams to be able to way win more than he looses . This dog is not mean in anyway he concentrates on the tree not the other dogs . The good thing about these dogs you can use them for both styles of hunting....pleasure or competition.
