Sleepy, Cole Morgan has a Gr Nt female, Daisy that's big with pups from Rebel semen. She is due tomorrow. Daisy is a top coondog dog with lots of extra chrome. Litter mate to Jerrold Parkers Cindy and full sister to my Irene female. Took Ann over to the watson bbcha hunt on sat. We had a real good turn out due to LSU having one of those big game week. But I decided I need to try and get Ann in this hunt before it's time for her to come in heat. Just my luck it only had 4 nt.ch. with one of those being Jim Combs, down , And also I was guiding the cast, we manged to make a few trees and get in some long walk time, The dogs did get deep and alone which cause the long walk and me and Ann hunting at home. To me even with me getting the win with 200 plus, it still came down to the wire, with Jim dog over a mile the opposite direction of Ann treed alone in a very hard to shine tree. We all had a chance to win. Jim was truly a pleasure to meet and hunt with, .
Now unless something changes that win made Ann Grand, and now she will be pkc Ch Gr nt.redstick Ann.

Thanks for the compliments on ann I'm proud of her and the way she have responded, I really believe that we could have done this a long time ago. But hunting down south in the heat and hard to hunt places we hunt is like throwing money out the window to travel around to the hunts and score a lot of circle points, but I do appreciate the clubs around home and will do my best to support them and show up as much as my time will allow.
I love to put a dog in the woods and travel to pleasure hunt any where and so glad that she is finished and I can hunt Rebelet now that the weather is getting right and it's a few hunts coming up and all the football game tailgating is coming to a end after thanksgiving. I spend a lot of my time with my family on most of the schedule hunts around during this time of the year until they are burn out then I start going to the hunts on Friday and Saturday night. I appreciate the congrats and look forward to one day traveling to some of the bigger hunts and pleasure hunting with a long list of the coon hunters all over.

I took all 3 last night and hunted about 2 hours.
My first cut Jazz struck in follow by Ann and they hit one that had his hat in his hand, they must have run him 30 min real good when they hit the tree they were .61 from where I cut and I could hear them good since the woods are clean.
Walk in to them and found two in a hole and as I LOOK AT JAZZ she had blood all over her coming from her ear, not sure if she cought up with one on the chase or not but managed to get two out of the hole, Second half cut rebelet and Jazz in the same place and in no time they treed another one about 60 yards away, and look at him and decided to cut rebelet alone and walk back to my truck and short order rebelet was treed with another one, and back home for 9:00 o clock, I really enjoyed the cold weather here.

Since the rain and the heat is out for a few day I decided to turn ann out tonight. First drop she hit a good one that took her on a 950 yards hike and treed, I was able to drive 200 yards of her and I look at him and put it out, and decided to go back to where I started and she took on a bad feed track and took it right back 100 yards from the first tree and couldn't find him, I think she miss him the way she was hitting on different trees before she got hook, so I cut her from the tree and she took a track quick and treed and I found him quick, so I loaded up and move down and got another one running for 20 min and treed in a den tree next to the river. I moved down a cut her again and decided to talk about my hunt so far and while I type this she is in about 300 and just come treed so I'll take a break from this and go see.

Made a hunt last night with Tommy Gayle and I got there a little earlier than Tommy and cut Ann out and she work a track and treed one time with two coons looking, I come back to the truck and NE and Tommy got together and cut out together and these two hounds sounds so much a like it took me awhile to figure out which one was mine but they work a track for a while all over the woods and the split up and both of them treed split in a very rough place next to the river with a few red eyes floating but we didn't find a coon on neither tree so we loaded up and move and hunted another spot, we made a few trees and made another split tree in some perty woods and both dogs had a coon. We put down three and look at another one we didn't shot. We really had a good hunt. Enjoyed the hunt tommy.
