Speed found him a girlfriend riding through Missouri. 4 wins to Grand and a very nice gyp. Hopefully she takes and there will be some very nice pups on the ground in 2 months.'

My buddy Jonah Emert and I had a great time in Iowa!!!! We ate till we couldn't move!!! Man those guys know how to cook!!! My wife told me I should have taken lessons. We had some good nights of hunting and alot of stories told!!

Jonah is a hard hunter and hunts good dogs. I really like his Hoss dog he took up there. He can sure get it done!!! I have a female pup out of him and I sure like her!! Thanks for going with me buddy.

It was good meeting you and your family. Your little brother was a blast. He sure is full of energy. You sure was right about the appetite to, i think we gained 10 pounds while we there. Man Elmo sure devoured those chickens!!! I wish you luck with your dogs.

It had been to long thats for sure!!! I enjoy the hunts we have every time we hunt together. We always have a good time no matter how the dogs look I hopefully will be back out your way to pick up my pup out of Lace!! I like ole Sounder he is a looker and LOUD!!! Sabrina didn't do so bad either seeing she hadn't been turned loose in a couple of months I am very proud of Speed. Thanks for your good words on him.

I can't say thank you enough!! You are one heck of a guy and have a wonderful family!!! I enjoyed everything about our visit. The only thing missing was my son Daniel and I will tell you this when I come back he will be in the truck you can bet on it!! You all are going have to come up and see these mountains someday!!! I am tickled to death with the pups out of Annie!! My little girl Hailey said that she was so proud of her new puppies!!!It is funny now how several years ago I was so sick when Annies dad ole Smokie died unexpectedly and I tried to buy your dog Annie out of Smokie from the Vandenbergs and they would not even price her that you end up with her. Then I get to hunt with her, get pups out of her, and meet some of the best people I have ever been around. Weird how things work out aint it?? You have a heck of a coondog!! Annie does a good job and reminds me alot of Smokie. Hopefully Bug will work out for you all. It never seems to amaze me how these ole dogs that we have brings people together that builds friendships that last a lifetime!!!!!! Thanks again I will never forget it and if you will have us we will be back.
