Rule ?

4 dog cast.Dog a is treed you get to the tree and two handlers say dog has moved the judge (hunting judge ) and one handler say she hasn’t moved. Shine the tree or delete it.

The judge would make the call. Anyone who disagrees could then ask for a vote to overturn the judges decision. It’s take a majority (3-1 on a 4 dog cast) to overturn it. If they lose the vote and still aren’t satisfied - they can put a question on the card and the MOH will hear it after the cast is complete and back at the club.
