question about slam advancement

If you have 2 dogs left in a cast at the end of the hunt 1 dog has 175 plus and 200 minus the other dog has 100 deleted which dog is considered the cast winner and does either dog advance to final cast?

Way I understand the dog w/25- wins and gets in finals. Reason being dog ha plus pts but other dog has nothing and rule says dog advancing has to have had some plus pts or plus strike pts. That particular dog gets no win toward title though.....must have plus pts at end of hunt for that.
