Do y'all remember when States just had to have Covid relief money and the dems passed the trillion dollar bill that included money for cities and states? Well guess what? Most of the money that they just "had to have" hasn't even been spent yet. The money that they did spend has been for anything but Covid relief. Gov Newsome of California even paid it out as bonuses to buy votes. It was a typical exercise in political corruption. Just like most of the extra unemployment benefits went to fraud/crooks.
