What’s the current turnaround on a simple ownership transfer? Sounds like it’s been a lengthy process for a while. Looking to get an idea of how long it takes now. A month? 3-4 months? Thanks

Took about a month on a litter this was done online.took 2 weeks to get them after they mailed them.

Mine have been 6-8 weeks when I mail them in and nothing has gone wrong. I will usually check with them via chat after about 4 weeks to make sure that everything is in order with it.

For anyone wondering about a timeline - I sent UKC and the $ papers in on the same day 9/16. I paid for expedited handling on the UKC papers and got them back yesterday 10/3. $ papers came today 10/4.

Cannot ask for much better than that!

I did Online Registration on March 5th....Money was taken off my Card on March 6th......Still NO Papers as of April 22nd.

Did mine online for Fancy, money came off the same day and the papers took just under two months. Never did receive the offspring report I ordered back in December.

I’m still waiting on paperwork for a litter. Right at 2 months and getting ready to go on 3.

Took my money out the next or same day online.

2 weeks ago they refund my 30 dollar performance fee.

Couple days later they sent me a letter in the mail stating they were doing away with the performance program and that they refund me.

They could have just kept that letter and sent me my pup paperwork instead would have been great.

Same thing with PKC. I have been waiting the same amount of time. They claim the DNA place was backed up for 8 weeks.

Every time I send in paperwork I always have to call and chase my paperwork down and see what the hold up is.

You can call and wait for hours on hold or get the online chat and talk to someone who doesn’t even know what’s going on.

Definitely get nowhere chatting online, I usually do the call back option and have had mixed results when talking to someone live. Had no problem with my registration online, it just took a lot longer than expected to receive the papers & easy entry card. That said, I talked to four different people since December about the offspring report I ordered on Traveller, UKC shows my order as complete but still never received a single copy of said report. The last person I spoke to said they would email me a digital copy and that never happened either. My request for a refund has also gotten no response. I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer support side of UKC but I sure hope they get it figured out. I need three other offspring reports but am afraid to even try, feel like I’d be throwing my money away at this point. I’ll always register my hounds with the UKC, they just need to try to do better on the rest. It’s difficult for me to plan future breedings without the offspring reports I’m wanting.
