rule question

my question in a 4 dog cast 3 dogs are declared struck and treed.go in and score the tree.scoring is done scored now they still have the 3 dogs on leash getting ready to walk away from scored tree.now the fourth dog finally opens up.does he get first strike of 125 or only 25 for next avaiable postion.since the other dogs were still on leash?

If the three dogs are still on the leash the 4th dog is struck for 25. If dogs are cut then 4th dog would be struck for 100. All dogs have to cut for 100 strike to be open.

Jefferey and BIll are correct. Although scored, strike positions do not open until those scored dogs are released.
