All I want for Christmas is the hound that trees the most raccoon in a set time limit to be the winner

Why do you have to be a Philadelphia Lawyer to understand the “rule book”? Isn’t the point to tree a raccoon!

I’ll make this simple. You get 1 point for every raccoon you show the judge in a set time limit. The one with the most points is the winner.

Your hound trees a slick tail or house cat, runs a deer, leaves the tree, who cares?? You want to shine a tree that doesn’t have anything in it, who cares??

This would be like hunting during harvest season so if you tree a den, hole in the ground who cares?? Raccoon NOT shown to judge, no point and like hunting season you move on.

Just tree your hound and walk to it. If you could harvest it, 1 point.

I don't know old timer, i've been on a lot of rodeo's trying to harvest a coon. I have some friends i won't even go to the woods with if they say there setting out to knock one down. LOL
